Part:  This is 7’ x 7’ fuzzy filter tank is used in the wastewater treatment industry. 

Specifications:  The ID of the vessel  received an SP-10 blast followed by two coats of Carboline Carboguard 891 at 4 mils minimum DFT per coat.  The OD of the vessel received an SP-6 blast followed by a primer coat of Carboline Carbozinc 11HS at 2.5 mils minimum DFT, then an intermediate coat of Carboline Carboguard 890 at 6 mils nominal DFT, and finished with a topcoat of Carboline Carbothane 134 HG at 2 mils nominal DFT.
