Part coated:  This part is a 36” diameter screw pump used in the wastewater industry.

Customer:  Schreiber LLC

Specifications:  The torque tube and the ID of the shell received an SP-10 blast followed by two coats of Carboline 300M at 7 to 10 mils DFT per coat.  The OD of the shell received an SP-6 blast followed by a primer coat of Carboline Carboguard 890 at 6 mils nominal DFT followed by a topcoat of Carboline Carbothane 134 HG at 2 mils nominal DFT.
